There are about 10,600 individuals of the common koala, one of the world’s largest living animals, in Australia’s western Murray Darling region. Some of them, including more than 200 females and one known koala calf, have become so aggressive they have been removed from sight by boat crews as they attempt to find a mating site at deep-ocean sites off South Australia, northern NSW and New South Wales.

Koalas are known to be the heaviest and fastest animals on the planet, capable of up to 200 kilogrammes (470lb) of weight, and grow up to nine metres (30ft) long. In its native waters, they can weigh more than 6,000kg 바카라 사이트(12,715lbs) and weigh up to 100 tonnes.
